Hi, my name is Sarka – gardener, landscaper, plants person, greenery caretaker, curious explorer and traveler, creative ideas executor, mamma and much more. Most of the time you can spot me in northwest of Ireland at the moment. If I am not stuck in some soil in my greenhouses or vegetable patches I am somewhere outdoors either hiking, camping or just admiring Ireland’s natural beauty. Although I appreciate calling Ireland my home now, it’s not my natural habitat and therefore I am migrating to south Europe throughout the year as often as possible.

Sun is my power generator, warm Mediterranean sea is my best friend, laughter is my healer and loyal companion, fresh homemade or homegrown food is the language by itself that I speak very well and Sicilia, that three legged island southern from mainland Italy, holds my heart forever.
